I am also an accredited member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and recognised as an approved practitioner for health insurance providers, such as Bupa, AXA, Aviva, Nuffield Health and The Priory.

During my career I have worked in a variety of clinical settings, such as NHS Mental Health, Community Drug and Alcohol Teams, Private Sector, Prison Service, Probation Offices, Courts and Youth Justice. I have experience of working with a variety of client groups and age ranges, from young people to older adults and also of providing both individual and group work sessions.

I have over 18 years experience working in the fields of both mental health and addictions, providing structured evidence-based psychological treatment. My most recent job role prior to private practice was working as a CBT therapist within NHS Primary Care Mental Health, providing both 1:1 and group sessions of therapy within GP surgeries and other community venues. Until recently, I also worked for 5 years at The Priory and have a specialist interest in working with drug and alcohol addictions.
